Nothing is more fun than going on a UTV camping trip. But before hitting the trails, you’ll want to create a checklist for packing the essentials. We have created this UTV packing guide, so you can be comfortably prepared for your next adventure.

What to Bring and What to Leave

When you start loading up your side-by-side, don’t just grab everything that comes to mind. You must pack only the things you absolutely need. There's no point in bringing along items that you'll never use. Also, pack ahead of time and plan your trip in advance. This will help you avoid any surprises or last-minute scrambling.

Clothing

Pack along plenty of layers so everyone has enough clothes to stay warm if the temperature takes a dip for the worse. Don’t forget to bring rain jackets and other waterproof clothing so you can be prepared if it rains. If your UTV has enough room, pack more than you think you'll need so you are ready for a wide range of camping scenarios.

Emergency Kit

Get a first-aid kit with some medications so you’ll be prepared for any bumps, bruises, or stomach aches that may happen on the UTV camping trip. This kit should include fever and cough medicines, painkillers, ointments, bandages, sunscreen, and bug spray. Remember to bring any prescription medications that your family members use.

We hope that these UTV packing tips have been useful. If you’re looking to buy a side-by-side for your next adventure, stop by Peak Powersports LLC in Sheridan, WY, to check out what we’ve got in stock. We welcome all our patrons visiting us from Buffalo.
